Due to the current uncertainty caused by COVID-19, we find ourselves in the position of not being able to confirm the opening date of our hotel, which was originally scheduled for April 30, 2020.

If your reservation is scheduled with an arrival date during the months of April or May, and your booking has been made on the hotels official web page please contact us through the hotels email at bellamar@emsahotels.com.

In the event that your reservation has been made through a tour operator, travel agency, Booking.com, Expedia or other channels, please contact the customer service of these companies directly.

If your reservation arrival date is after May, we would ask you to please keep the reservation for as long as possible.

We would like to assure you we are at your complete disposal to help make things as easy as possible, so that affected reservations can be changed or cancelled free of charge.

As soon as we have any new information, this will be made available on our website.

Our greatest endeavour is to ensure the health and safety of all our clients and workers.

For this reason, we have reinforced the cleaning and disinfection plan for all areas of the hotel, including the following points:

• Training of all hotel staff in the new safety and hygiene guidelines to be applied in rooms and public areas.
• A complete surface disinfection process has been added to the daily cleaning of your room.
• All the bedroom, bathroom and dining room linen will be systematically washed and disinfected.
• We have increased the daily cleaning frequency of our public areas.
• We have taken extreme hygiene measures in both restaurant and bar service.
• Our strict food handling and kitchen cleaning process has been completed with additional new hygiene guidelines.
• All areas of the hotel have hand sanitizer dispensers for the use of our clients.
